Project snake eyes featuring the piss stain

Got really busy with actual work and kids the past few weeks. I hope to have the car back on the scales early next week as its going to the track on the 9th. I havent done any cutting yet, just simple un-bolting and such but math says it should weigh 2998#. So this round is weight reduction, a tune, and muffler delete only.

According to the track scale she weighs 3002# now. That's with 3/4 tank, so I'll put it on the scales again when it's at 1/4 tank. Even with only 348# removed she went 13.45@105. Had a lot more in it but I had to head home before it got dark. #noheadlights

Just had a baby last week, been very slow messing with this as I bought the wife a mini-van (jeep JK) that constantly needs attention. Hoping to get this to the track on Friday with stage 2 mods. Lots of money spent this time!!
Stage2 - Mods - CircleD 4500 verter ($900), 1-7/8 headers/custom Y pipe/4" bullet ($300), MWC Fab Short Arm ($450), Racestars with mickey's ($500), LS6 intake and heat shield ($200), ported TB/dual catch cans/!PS pump ($100)
Next up is A-arms and K member with a pinto rack (have most of that in the garage already), 4.11 rear end, and the viking shocks! New goal for the car is to get as high up on the SI list as possible with the 4L60 and circleD.

Divorced summer of 2016, has a wife and baby winter of 2017. Am I missing something? Or were the new wife and kid the reason for the divorce, lol.
Car is ugly as **** but I love the idea behind it. With all of the legendary tales of these things running 12's stock I'm actually surprised it didn't run quicker than it did with the weight reduction. Please try to do things one at a time and then test whenever possible.

Very ugly indeed! It will get wrapped once the gutted doors go on, and obviously suspension will help a ton! Also needs a front bumper support! I am setting up the prostock intake with and without the ram air pipe so back to back testing it is possible there. It definitely had a low 13 in it as it was and 12's would have been easy with a 3.42. My old 01 M6 did 12.99 bone stock down to the tires. I'll do the full front suspension as a single test, then do the 4.11, then coil overs.
NIX that, next will be the 4.11 since I doubt the 4500 stall will have much effect with the 2.73

Man, I forgot how time consuming a newborn is...4-5 hours a sleep at night is rough. This has pushed me to a decision to run the lid first. Then I'll add the Prostock1313 ram air to see how much it gains. Should be a good test for everyone to see its potential at the lowest HP level.

I'll snap a pic of the doors this weekend and try to find a scale. They are completely gutted other than the latch and rod. Also plan to half the hinges upon installation. I made a sweet idler pulley setup yesterday to add to the water pump belt wrap as it made me a little nervous with how little there was with this pulley on the Alt idler location

Car is all together and I just finished the first trans tune last night. Plan was to work all the bugs out this week (trans tuning is the final bug) and go to the track on Friday for the last of decent air. Looked at the schedule and its NHRA weekend
After owning only 2 other auto cars, both with aftermarket verters, this circle D is 1 billion times better. My first stalled auto was something I built to sell, had a little TCI street fighter 2800 IIRC, and the other was a fully built 6.0L/4L80 setup with a revmax billet 3500. This CD verter makes even the revmax seem like a useless stock converter. I cant wait till lunch break to throw the tune in it and see what it can do

Mines the prostock, required a bit of trimming, along with that I removed the bumper supports because that go into the way. (I planned on doing weight reduction so it wasn't a big deal.) But I had to trim up other spots, then I just used some tap in screws to hold the thing down. It looks great once everything is all put together. Sucks that NHRA is in the way. How aggressive will the tune be? Excited to see how the car does lol. I enjoyed seeing the other thread you had involving the drift camaro lol.

This thing really has me baffled atm. If I keep the rpm under 4500ish everything works just fine. As soon as I go above that it immediately throws P0740 (TCC open) and does this strange power\rpm cut. Then it will throw shift solenoid A code instead of performing that shift.
