ati's t400
Mine is a TCI unit. Works fine. They should all be roughly the same thing. It is just an electrically operated solenoid to change fluid passages. Looks like the TCI unit is about $25 cheaper however.

Before I would say what would be your best bet, how heavy is the car, what's it make for power and where is it headed? There's a ton of th400 options and the price range is huge depending on what you do, more details about its application would help
Pretty sure ATI offers 2 400 brakes, theirs & Griner & from what I remember both have internal solenoids.
The ATI is not that great & the Griner is supposed to be the best depending what kind of racing you do, Griner is probably the most expensive.
Hipster is a pretty good lower priced brake.
