Fitting 28's under a Trans Am?

What exactly has to be done to fit a 28-10.5-15 under stock Trans Am wheel tubs. I've seen something about trimming the bumper. I plan on going to a 3055S ET drag just curious what I'll have to do to make it fit. If the bumper has to be trimmed is it a noticeable amount?

I would recommend adjustable lower control arms, roll the lip on the quarter panel, and bfh the inner front portion of the inner fender. I also cut out my bump stop area.

Mine fit with no problem and no modification under my '02 Trans Am on an 8" wheel standard offset. No scrubbing or rubbing. On a 10" wheel I just needed a 7 1/2" offset but my car did better on the 8" wheel.

I'm on 10" Racestars not sure the offset. They're the Fbody specifics. My inner fender lips aren't rolled and my controls arms aren't adjustable. The bump stop area is ground down to clear my 11" TT II's. Whats the odds I'll have to roll the quarters and get the control arms? I'm gonna order tires probably tomorrow and racing starts back the 27th so I gotta get on the ball.

Get ready for the BFH mod to clear that fat ass tire.

I think he's asking about a slick.

Bfh on the inside of the fro for the wheel well, trim the front corner a little bit to get a little clearance inside the bottom, this can be boxed back I. Easily with a small piece of sheet metal and sprayed with some flat black, roll the upper lip of the fender and the rear bumper cover, trim back a bit on the inside where it rolls inward around the tire.

Bfh and rolled the fenders to get it to fit.
