Default Evaluate my set up and guess on possible times ;)

I'm bored at work and did some updating to my parts list. It isn't complete yet and I know I still have stuff to buy but have a look at my set up and give me your opinions on what the car "could" run and what you see issues with.

I'll say that the car put 525hp and 481tq on motor with two points less compression and the sorry @ss FAST 92mm throttle body and elbow set up. On a 200 shot it did 740hp and 697tq. There was one pull with 710tq. This was through a 9" and T56 to the wheels.

In that set up the car ran 10.00 at 136 mph on a 150 shot, still with the 6 speed. That was mostly full weight and all with the previous owner. I have no info on what the nitrous set up was I doubt there was a progressive or anything like that.

Since then I have changed a bunch and looking to spray the hell out of it, ramping up slowly obviously.

Take a look at my list and let me know what you think. I was thinking just by adding the TH400 with transbrake I would be mid 9's without changing anything else?

I'll guess 9.30s with a decent 60' etc. The TH400 will let you leave hard and put the power down for sure. It'll be a wild ride though. Keep it shinny side up.

I thought just by going from a 6 speed to an auto with a brake I'd be there, not to mention all of the other stuff and at least double the spray. Well maybe not the mph but the et I thought would be close to that.

I also added Viking DA coil overs on all four corners. I'll update the original post.

Ya that's what I was thinking about the auto.

I found launching easier with the auto but it still needs finesse. If you see too much sky you need to shift and stay in it so you don't slam back down for example. If you're spinning the auto isn't going to give you more traction either. You'll stay in the power band longer and lose zero time to shifts which is nice.
