Default Motor plate hitting bank 1 cylinder head and gasket.

Has anyone else experienced this? The head and gasket on bank 1 sit further forward than the face of the block. Should I pull the head? Or space the motor plate. This is my first time doing a motor plate. Thanks for any insite.

The location for the head should be milled. The head is installed correctly. Or trim the plate to fit just under the head

How is your plate sealing the water pump area? A stock gasket could work of everything was spaced out, but if the plate bolts to the head too, you want it sitting even and not pulled in

It doesn't bolt to the head so trimming for it to be just below deck would work. Thanks. Brain wasn't think of that for some reason. Ha ha
