(((Sorry in advance I’m New and probably asking something that’s already answered 100s of times )))

My buddy has a 2013 Camaro Ls3 with cam and turned as a kinda daily driver doesn’t clock many miles but he hit it hard every chance he gets well a lifter come apart and smoked the motor he doesn’t want to rebuild and trying to stay under $10,000 to find a 600+hp crate motor to dog out and get into some racing if we get fast enough I can turn a wrench but don’t know enough about all these performance motors to help him make a confident decision we’ve been looking at the blueprint stroked ls3 427/LSX 454 or with hopes of a small affordable blower or turbo in the future the LSX B15 I’ve only been seeing what comes up when googling LS crate motors so I’m sure there’s some better choices out there can any of y’all help us out
