Blower or turbo?

Blower or turbo? i'm about to start building either a boosted 5.3 or a boosted 6.0 (i have a couple deals lined up) for a drag car. i want as flat of a torque curve as possible and as much power increase below 7000rpm, essentially like this dyno sheet from a Dodge Hellcat
my initial thoughts were to slap a bigass turbo on it and make tons of HP... but i want to bring out quick torque in the lower rev range and keep it fairly flat like the Dodge, so i am now thinking about some blower and pulley options that could make higher boost in the lower RPM range.
is there anything else that could help obtain what im after - certain cam profiles, long intake runners, etc? or am i just going about this in the wrong way?

You might want to talk to someone who specs cams for their thoughts too, like Martin Smallwood.
You can spec a supercharger combo to make power like that, can emphasize a flat power curve over one that is focused on peak power.
I've got a 5.3 with an 85mm turbo and as no surprise it's laggy down low until the power comes in. Sure the converter plays a role but it's still laggier than a 6.0 based build, and you can see that diference in dyno graphs.
