Best way to launch GS-C's

Im going to be going to the track for the last couple times in a week or 2 and would really like to get my 60's down. Right now I have lid, !FRA, TB Bypass, ported TB, polished MAF, bump stop, and backseats and spare gone. Other than that stock clutch and GS-C's on the back. I run them around 22-24psi and give them a few spins on the track. most of my 60' are 2.1

any suggestions guys? I know better is possible..

Best way to launch GS-C's is off the side of an aircraft carrier. Those POS tires aren't worth the rubber they're made with.

Best thing I can tell ya..avoid all water...only turn them over a couple times to clean'em off and learn how to feather the throttle...untill you get real tires all ur gonna do is

Wow you just really hate them! But ive heard of people getting below 2s easily. Just wanted to know how in the world to shave a few tenths off my 60'

You should be able to get sub 2.0's.
I will be testing mine out next time I go to the track. They are 315/35/17 GSC's.
My best advice is to give just enough throttle to where they don't spin, then ease into the gas until you feel confident they can handle WOT.

I used to love taking my car to the track and spinning all over the place with the 16" GS-C's, my best 60 ft with them was a 1.97. I usually left at idle or just slighly above 1,000 rpm and then would "back pedal", granny shift 2nd then go all out in 3rd and 4th. My best with heads/cam was a 12.21 @ 119.93 mph - race weight 3,490 lbs. If you've got some spare money Nitto drag radials are a worth while investment.

I would spare money for nittos but this is also a daily driver. After these wear out I was thinking about the BFG KD's or KDW's. Would you all suggest feathering the blutch over dropping it for these tires?

The Nittos work great for daily driven vehicles as long as your not racing around in the rain, they lasted me for about 8k-9k miles. More then likely with the other tires you are suggesting you would have to feather the clutch.
