Haha! You guys have wayy too much free time.

IN the great words of kid Rock: "It ain't braggin' ****** ****** till you back it up".

Joe, Terry has recently purchased a grand mansion. It will be featured soon on the TV show, "Lifestyles of the Wannabes".

This house isn't a mansion but we all start from somewhere! I think it has a lot of resale potential in the next five years. By the time I'm ready to sell I should have a ton of equity and be ready to move in to a really nice house (~$500,000).

Tom what ever goes on with Terry is irrelevant since I learned he was twenty five with a mullet hairdo. He keeps telling everyone what a big house he has and how much money he makes and I guess to the younger crowd that's how you keep score (you and I know different don't we).... One day Terry will grow and get some respect from me but it will be with his actions not his words.

I'm 25 and I've never had a mullet. I used to have long hair tied back, and for the past few months I've had short hair. Joe I know when the day comes that we race and I kick your ***, the first thing out of your mouth (or keyboard) will be how unfair it is that I'm not a fat old man in a 3600# car.

Half of that here got me a 1 year old upscale brick home, ~2100 Sq Feet, plus a 1000sq ft attached 3 car garage.

Terry, Instead of comparing W2s, I think its better to compare the house you end up with afte the smoke clears, and even better then that is the timeslip.

You gonna be ready for the LT1/LS1 all motor 396 showdown in the spring.

I know financials being the debit to equity ratio needed to finance $325K .. so seeing that I do not live above my means and you likely do I doubt it very much. My position in your area commands anywhere from $250 to $300K per year depending on bonus structure, so by that estimation I'd own a say $500-700K house. BTW, cost of living is relative to food, gas, electricity ... your basic consumables, rent and mortgages are not neccessarily a factor because of skewed real estate values. Regardless, you are lucky to own a home, not many people have that opportunity. So you do have a right to be proud, but no right to be a pompous ******* that you normally seem to be.
