Joe, Terry has recently purchased a grand mansion. It will be featured soon on the TV show, "Lifestyles of the Wannabes".

I think it has a lot of resale potential in the next five years. By the time I'm ready to sell I should have a ton of equity and be ready to move in to a really nice house (~$500,000).
