Default Going to track at 7pm, NEED HELP

Ok I'm leaving in about an hour to try to get some good times since the temps will be in the upper 30s and the humidity should be in the mid to high 40s.

I need some quick weight reduction thats easy to take off and put back on! I'm taking out the spare tire and jack. I have a 1/4 tank of gas. I cleaned out everything inside. And yes, I did take a s**t.

So what can I take off in an hour that will be easy to take off and put back on??? Back seats, sway bar, whatever!
