Default Fastest Torque Arm Racers Beware

A new car is on the horizon by Jim Filipowski.

His Old Nova was going well into the 8s on Drag Radials. Of course theres only one reason to build a new/different car.... To go faster.

Those of you that know about the NMCA races and specifically the BFG Sponsored Drag Radial Class know this is a stock style suspension class w/o wheelie bars. Could we see mid-low 8s on Drag Radials w/ a Torque Arm Suspension this year??

Sorry, guess you guys arn't interested in whats possible with the "Torque Arm Suspension" (like the Topic says). How is this car different from Madman's, George B's, Sikora's or numerous others? Guess ya don't care about them either....

The terms STREET CAR and RACE CAR are all in the eye of the Beholder, and subject personal definition.

As for the engine, to the best of my knowledge its a GenI Small Block. Procharged Blow-Thru Carb Setup.

didn't mean to tear it down...the car is definately bad ***...just as a personal opinion...I am more impressed by an 8 second Lt1 or LS1...I would say the same to MADMANS gen1sbc or any one else using a 4th gen without the lt1/ls1 in it...again, bad *** car, just not my cup of tea

I remember seeing pictures Mark Enwia's Firebird with I believe a D3 of some variety, and his bracketry was nothing like that.

Supposedly it won't be out till mid season sometime, but if I hear something spectacular I'll point you guys to it.
