What is a good run out of a stock full option 99 Z28 6 speed?

What is a good run out of a stock full option 99 Z28 6 speed? I'm going tonight to finalize the deal on a 99 Z. (5th fricking time buying one and starting over)- my old 99 hardtop 6m ran 13.38. Is that considered quick? I was never beat by another stock one until the 01's came out and a kid with a cutout and lid ran 12.90's. Just wondering so I know what to shoot for - I think I am better than the average driver so hopefully I'm not the factor.

Re: What is a good run out of a stock full option 99 Z28 6 speed? My 99 Trans Am ran 13.0s toally stock when I bought it.If knew how to drive it better back then I could have gone 12.80s-12.90s all day.In good weather you should be able to do the same.
