Default Just got skinnies... what ft/lbs to use?

I know for my normal tires, it's 100 ft/lbs. I just got a pair of Centerline Convo Pro skinnies for the front and the manual says for 12mm bolts use 70-80 ft/lbs.

Should I use 100 or 75?

Thanks!!

I torque my Draglite skinnies to 80 ft/lb and they are fine. Just re torque them once more after driving for a little while. I usually check them every few days as well just to make sure they havent loosened up.

I'd go with Centerline's recommendation of 70-80 ft/lbs, but like Will said, you do need to recheck/retorque them periodically.

OK, thanks! I'll torque them to 80 ft.lbs. and just check them once in a while <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
