Re: Who runs an aluminum flywheel? Yeah...these guys are right...an aluminum flywheel is good for drag purposes. The software and lighter metal cannot withstand the forces of the launches like a good steel flywheel. - Pat

Re: Who runs an aluminum flywheel? no its not that, it is the less reciprocating weight, it mkes it easier to bog and harder to wheelie. My fidanza has a steele fristion surface so it grabs like a stock flywheel.
