It took me 350+ rwhp and 350+ rwtq to get my heavy butt and heavy M6 car to a 12.6, and that was in near perfect weather conditions. Granted, this was on street tires, so my 60' times sucked (2.0), but when I tried to drop my 60' times on Nittos, I grenaded my 10-bolt.
I would wager 12.8 to 13.0 on average unless you power-shift. I don't power shift. Your very first run at the track (if you're not experienced), I'd guess in the mid 13's. If you miss a shift (been there, done that ), 14's.

ive seen most LS1's with Drag radials, intake and headers go under 12.7.
thats pretty good power through a 12 bolt, + your gears? id shoot for a mid 12

Maybe "most" with an A4, but certainly not "most" with a M6. Driver has more to do with 1/4 mile times in a M6 than mods do.

Re: what should i expect to run in the 1/4 mile???
You should run a mid 12's without a problem. I ran a 12.6 with mid headers, borla, lid, and bfg dr's. Maybe a 12.4 @113-114, then again you could run a 13.0, too many factors to figure out
