Default 1st night of bracket racing didn't go too well.

I simply could not drive! I'm running Super Pro for the first time this year, so I'm pretty green when it comes to electronics racing.

My lights were all over the place yesterday during time trials, but overall I guess they were decent.

Then, my 1st round blunder. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> I was the quicker car, so I set up my delay box to crossover, meaning I react to my opponents top bulb. Well, I didn't. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="gr_emb.gif" /> I sat there like a fool and waited for my tree to start, so needless to say, I was very, and I do mean very late on the tree! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="gr_emb.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="gr_emb.gif" />

I think with a little more practice/experience with the electronics, things may come around... I'll give it some more time, and see if I can improve my driving skills a little bit.

I'm going to go out this Wednesday and tweak a few things on the chassis, and practice practice practice on my lights w/the delay box...

A little more seat time will cure that. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> Man, I am going to be really really rusty my first time out.
