Default Post Your Shocks vs. 60'

Of course there are plenty of other variables, but please post your shock setup with springs and settings VS. your short time. Try to be specific if possible. Also, do you find this setup streetable?

Best short time 1.442 backed by a 1.443

QA1's on all corners. settings. front: 3 Rear: 7 or 8 depends on track.
QA1 front springs, Stock springs in rear.

Side Note: I HATE THE QA1'S. I have tons of rubbing on the top of the inner wheel wells. I am going to step up to Afcos when I get some money. They bounce too much. I have heard that the QA1 R's fix that problem but I am not wasting my money on any of their shocks again.

Thanks for all the feedback. I have a set of Bogart D10's, and I want something sticky I can use on the street (maybe weekends) and at the track. I am thinking ET Street Radial, but any1 have any other prefs? My goal is to cut 1.5 to 1.6 and push the stock rear to its limits until i have to upgrade. I know it should take some high 1.50's or slower. And the posi is an Auburn which has been great

I cut a 1.50 on ET streets with a 10-bolt with the factory torsen. Weight probably has some bearing on it though.

Not tough, but don't expect it to last long

I'm right there with you...closest 1/4 strip to Destin is 2+hrs away (Alabama) so I only see a few days a month as well
Find yourself a big, unused parking lot somewhere and practice launching there with a G-Tech. It's REAL easy to weasle in this time of yr when all the amusement parks are closed It's one way to get race-ready for spring...
