Default 3.73's and YSS4000 to 3.90's and YPT4400, what kind of gains?

So far I've gotten the car down to 11.11 @ 121, 1.51 60's(dead hook) in the negative DA's. With a dead hook, how much lower should I go? My setup is a 230/236 .570/.578 114 cam, AS Stage II heads, all bolt ons, Vette Doctors tuning, etc..
TIA,

I went from a 3.42 & a Yank SS4000 to a 4.10 & a Yank PT4400, and saw 2 tenths in worse weather. Even though conditions werent identical or close, you still have an idea on what youll get. Im sure with the same weather conditions, it would of been better.

I`m going from 3.23`s and a TCI 4400 w/26"tires to 4.11`s, a TCI 4400 and 27" tall tires. I don`t have that big of a cam though (228/.588). I`m hoping to see at least a tenth.
