1” swaybar T/A cover? Will a 1 inch swaybar mounted in the stock location clear a T/A cover/girdle on a stock rear without rubbing?

I'm running the ta cover on a stock rear.
I have a 21 mm bar. That's just about 3/16" smaller than a 1" bar.
I have about 3/8" clearance.
Adding 3/16" to the bar diameter, would put the bar 3/32" closer. (since half would go on each side...)
That leaves about 1/4" clearance at the closest point.
But it just depends on how the bar is bent. It could be bent with more or less offset than the 21mm '93 1LE bar I have.
