Need Idea's for weight reduction.

I have a 2002 Ws.6 auto, The only thing I had done for weight reduction is the following, Removed rear seat But put the rear seat delete kit, Removed the spare tire and jack, but thats where the 15lb is, and have an oddessey 12lb battery, One problem is I am a bigger boned person 275! :bang:

I like driving the car around town and cruise nights, and small road trips now and then. So removing the power steering pump, passenger seat, a/c heater core, wiper motor and such will be staying in the car, But what would be your advise, other that Jenny Craig. :bang:

What kinda weight reduction are we talking about by removing the bumper supports, and what is the process to do so

Rear sway bar? how goofy does the car look launching without a rear sway bar?
