Question weight transfer

I'm going to be getting some 3-way adj. Lakewood rear drag shocks. What can I do up front to help weight transfer? I don't really want to unhook the swaybar so is there anything else I can do?

really what i'd recommend would be drop the swaybar, battery in trunk, !bumper supports, tubular k member, again some QA1's would do great for your weight transfer as would a nice set of skinnies..

Yeah that's all good stuff but you could just start with a set of adjustable shocks and a pair of skinnies to get you started. The swaybar might have to go though but I would start with those 2 mods and work from there.

I know skinnies cut down on rolling resistance but what do they have to do with weight transfer??

weight. You'll knock off a good 40-45 lbs off the nose of the car.

skinnys are small thus they are light. rolling mass is extremely important going down the track. rolling resistence is just an extra benefit. i am not a fan of rearend squat. i like the rearend to plant the tire.

Understood ,but what does that have to do with transferring weight to the rear tires????

less weight to carry up will allow for better weight distribution to the rear tires. put the pressure on teh sidewall of the tire, not the rear suspension.
