Default weld wheel question

So i posted in the wheel section but no one knows in there. I called WELD 3 times with no return phone calls. Called a few other places that sell the wheels and they had no idea. I have a set of alumastars rear rims and i need the torque for the grade 8 bolts that hold the center section to the actual rim. Thanks
