who do i finish my wiring??

who do i finish my wiring?? i got my battery in the hatch, ground bolted down. Power wire ran into the engine compartement, now????????????? Where am i hooking up the main battery power too. And now what do i do with the other 3 wires that are just hanging there now (the OEM power/ground wires).
