Suspension settings?
What setting should I use for my QA1's for maximum traction and which hole should I use on my LCA relocation brackets? Also should I remove my front sway bar? Here is my setup.
BMR torque arm on set to -1
BMR rear sway bay
QA1's all four corners 300lb springs in the front, stock springs in the back
BMR LCA's and relocation brackets
17" MT et street radials
Prostar skinnies in the front
Strange 12 bolt 3.73
raceweight is about 3600lbs

I agree 3 or 4 in the fronts and 4 or 5 in rear.
Your LCA should be in a hole that will make them level with the ground to slightly running up hill as they going forward.
Yes, I would remove remove the front sway bar

i thought that you need to put the control arms in the lower holes ( arms should be going "up hill" as much as possible)?
and won't setting the rear shocks at 5 make the car dip too low (or sqwat ) in the rear ??
