What would it take to run mid to low 10's?

Hey guys. Im new here, i hate being a newbee! Ive got some questions for you hardcore drag racers. Im gonna be building a carbed gen 3 on alky. Im currently running 10.30's with my current 511 ci Caddy motor consistantly and reliably, but its time for a change. I love the Gen 3 stuff! What will it take to run mid to low 10's in a 3500# car using a N/A Gen 3? I currently have an iron block 5.3 and want to put a parts list together on paper. How much power will the stock 3.62 cranks handle? Im shooting for 650+ hp and a good torque curve. I was thinking of a possible 4" stroke combination but havent decided. Ide like to put one together with 13 to 1or higher compression. Ive got a trans brake/2step in the car with a T400 and a 9" out back, 29x11 slicks. Can i make this kind of power N/A'ed with out going to CR5 heads? Any input would be helpful. Let me know if you guys need anymore info. Hope im in the right forum area :)
