Question about car's weight
 

I'm not sure this is the right forum, but on the drivers side door, it has a couple numbers in lb's...mine say's like 4238 or something like that, I hope thats not the weight of the car, or at least I don't think so... and if is (well shit)...and if it isnt what is it?

i believe that is curb weight or something. my ta also said i weight over 4,000lbs. the car weigh stock around 3,500(ish)lbs.

I've so far removed the front swaybar, back seats, rear speakers, and car jack/sparetire and added a lightweight battery.so i'm thinking I'm probably sitting around 3400ish maybe a little lower w/o me in it....There isnt a scale around here so i'm just throwing numbers out there.
