My trap speed is in my sig. I would like to get it around 119 120, But i don't want to go n2o or FI. I conseider a bigger cam but from what i've read i'll only gain 15 20hp and loss alot of tq. down low. Besides i've seen alot of cars achive this trap speed with smaller cams.What do you guys think.

how light are you raceweight...drop some baby fat off the car and if you dont have skinnies or some type of cai induction get one...people really over look this mod alot

I'm at what i belive is full weight, i don't have any suspension mods. As far as cai i have a lid,M.A.F, and smooth bellow, and i cut the bottom of the air box to let fresh cold air in. Is that what you mean?

I have the original slp blackwing lid, is it worth do the FTRA on my car to get a tenth or so? if so i guess i did overlook this?

also if you dont have already... UD pulley, LT's, cutout?, !weight, tune.... just to name a few. Believe me, Im on the same quest as you. I trap right at where you do, except I want to hit 122mph. I might be going N20 soon, but before I do, i am going to try everything possible to hit 120 N/A.

oh yeah definitely the blackwing lid is just like any other aftermarket lid...has nothing to do with CAI, get a FTRA or SSRA or a custom and i guarantee you will see at least 1 tenth and 1 mph, it has been proven on a basically stock car on universityinstall.com...if you are still doubtful
