Default Offset LCA's

Are offset LCA's required to tuck 29.5x10.5's with mini tubs?

IMO its a good idea if your BS is 5.5" or better. 10.5" isnt a wide tire but i would do it just to make sure its clear

No they are not. I had stock length Ford 9" rear end, 10" Weld draglites with 7.5" BS, 29.5" X 10" tires, No mini tub and no offset lca's. Ran that set up for 2 years.

He said to tuck...not to fit. I have offset LCAs and have them tucked in within 1/4" of the LCA. IMO if you want them inside the quarter panel, you need offset LCAs

Just curious... cant anyone just make their standard LCA's (assuming they have rod ends already) into 'offset' LCA's. Just cut some new spacers with once side longer than the other... Its what I plan to do anyways.
