Finally Broke 11's
 

I broke into the 11's with a vengance. I was running 12.2 @ 118mph on every run with an average of 2.1 60's on Kumho 712's. About 3 weeks ago I went to the track and I prepped the car as good as I could hoping for high 11's. I jumped up from a 100 shot to a 150 shot, I removed everything not bolted down in the car, and I only had about 1/8 tank of gas. The first run of the day was pathetic. I always make the first pass on motor just to get her ready. I ran a 13.0 @ 108mph. Next pass...bottle heater was cranking, cleaned the tires off nicely at the line. I cut a 1.85 60' on Kumho's :eek2: . I started spraying right when I got traction. Normally the tires break loose like a mofo when the juice kicks in. Not this time. They dug in and I didn't spin much at all. I about shit my pants when I got the timeslip...11.59 @ 121. I packed it in the the day and I headed home. There's no way that day could've gotten any better.

I am extremely impressed with my car. I can't believe how well it responds to nitrous. I never would've imagined that a stock converter could get that deep into the 11's. I've spent less than $1,000 in mods too. :D

I returned her back to stock and she's slow as piss! It's a lease and it's up in June. Shhhh, don't tell GMAC! :D

finally broke into the 11's. well it's about damn time.just kidding.CONGRATS :cheers: when i first hit 11's it felt like i just won the lottery.ok....not that good but close :p

Unit213,What size jets are your running to get a 150 shot.
Just curious? Congrats on some very impressive times. Very nice mph. I went 11.85 @115 with stock convertor and 150 shot also on 1.85 60ft . Also what are the 100 shot jets. Thanks.
