Default Are spacers needed to run the 15x3.5 Convo Pro?

I have a set of Convo Pro's, 15x3.5 up front, and 15x8.5 out back. It's my understanding that there is no grinding necessary, correct? And also, will I need to use spacers for the front, or back, or both? Just trying to clear this up before my tires get here.

Thanks for any help.

I heard somewhere that you had to run some kind of special lug nut, is that true?
