Rear Hals setting for street and strip?

What do you have your rear Hals set at for the street? And whats your setting for the track? Just need a starting point before dial them in.
Thanks

I run the rears at 4/4 to start. If I deadhook I try to stiffen up the rears to 5/5.

This year I might start at 4/5, my car was twisting up a lot.

So stiffer is better as long as you dead hook.
