Drag radial rotation

I was given an older set of BFG 325 50 15 drag radials that have the old non directional tread pattern. Should/could they be swapped side to side like a slick or leave them going one direction?

A guy at Mickey Thompson tole me to swap my directional tires every now and then so they get even wear. He said the direction is mainly for wet weather street use which they recommend against anyway.

I swapped my BFG's and they would not hook for ****, when the wrinkle the sidewalls I think it likes to stay the way it was first done.
