It is a 2002 M6 Z28, loaded, T-Tops, cloth interior, etc. What do you think it weighs stock w/o driver? 3300? 3400? 3500? I am in the process of removing the following things, and want to get a guesstimate of what it will weigh.

Wheels and tires:15x8 & 15x3.5" Pro-Stars w/ 275/60/15 Nitto DRs and 165R15 radial fronts 50
Replace steel hood w/ fiberglass 15 (?)
Remove spare and jack 35
Remove front Bumper support 21
Remove rear bumper support 19
Remove front swaybar and brackets 14
Remove rear seats 19
Remove rear seatbelts 5
Remove A.I.R. pump and hoses 11
Remove AC compressor 22
Remove AC condensor 8
Remove hatch cover 4
Remove rear floormats 2
Empty washer fluid 9

Total weight removed from stock: 234lbs

Weight added: 12 bolt (+60lbs?)

Do you think a 3200 w/o driver weight is attainable? TIA, Shawn

You can figure around 3500 w/o the driver if the car is fully optioned. Colonel has a thread that has a ton of weight saving info and weight amounts. i dont see why you cant get 3200 w/o driver. just remember though, a cage adds anywhere from 60-85.

my loaded t-top 2000 SS M6 with the AIR tubes/pump off, no jack/spare, light battery (11lbs), ww bottle out, cruise removed, front swaybar off, weld rodlights with 10.5x26 ET steets and 165r15s with a 12 bolt, SLP bolt on SFC, BMR moly LCAs/PHB, lakewood d/s loop and a 1/2 tank of gas weighs exactly 3595 with me in it (216lbs) on SCCA certified scales. The SFCs are 44lbs so that would make it 3335 w/o the connectors so all you need is take out another 135lbs to get your 3200lbs

Based on what I've heard/seen, most of our cars (hardtops) weight between 3380 and 3450 lbs. in stock form. That's w/ about a quarter tank of gas.
