Default How will 28" tires affect my dyno numbers?

My daily driver tires are 28" tall. (275/60/15 Nitto DRs) How will that affect my dyno numbers, positively, negatively, or not at all? Thanks, Shawn

Default Re: How will 28

Negatively. Not because they change the overall gearing by being taller but because they have more weight traveling a wider circle (harder to accelerate.) They also have slightly more drag upon the rollers with their larger contact patch.
