Question What kind of driveshafts are you 10 sec or lower guys using?

as title states just wondering what kind of driveshafts the 10 sec 1/4 mile & faster guys are using.


Debating on an aluminum or chromoly for my app idk?

I'm using a 3" moly one, made by a local shop. Cost me about $200.

I think a lot use 3.5" aluminum from PST or elsewhere. That's what I'm gonna order.

4" Alum. from PST on my car. Mark Williams also makes a nice driveshaft.

Strange chrome moly. It was top quality. I actually just sold it but will get another one to fit my new set-up.

10 second car, I wouldn't leave a stock one in there with a 11 second car.

What's PST? Who's Mark Williams? Will aluminum hold up to mid 9 sec passes? I have a Denny's Nitrous Ready shaft and I think it's chromoly.

PST stands for Precision Shaft Technologies. They're out of Clearwater, FL. Nice stuff for a good price.
