My panhard bar is way out of whack because the car is lowered. I was thinking of removing the brace, shortening the rod and putting it in the top hole...anyone done this and street driven the car? Will the load crack that bracket?

It may take a while but eventually I would think the side loading/flexing would cause it or the rail itself to crack.
