Default Bought a set of Bogarts, what rear tires?

Just ordered a set of Bogarts for the Mecham with 15/10 for the rear, I would like to hear oppinions on what tire would best fit my application.

Its a 98 T/A full weight "guessing 3750+" with a 422 making 550/504 Rwhp/Tq on motor. Its also an M6 car with twin disc clutch, Hotchkis road racing springs "car is lowered approx 1.5", LG non adjustable torque arm and adjustable LCA's and PHB. It has been to the track once on a set of four year old whored out 26/10.5 ET streets and did a best of 10.93 @128 on a 1.66 60'. I couldnt launch over 4500 without killing the tires and my 60' times. I know I dont have the best drag set up but the car is mostly a street car. I do a lot of shows and only go to the drag strip approx. three to five times a year.

The wheel well lips are rolled flat for max clearance, I dont want to do any other modifications to the inner wheel house, bump stops or bumper. My goal for the car is a 10.60 as it sits with the new wheels/tires.

Im looking at the 27/11.5 Hoosier QTP right now, I was told it fits great on lowered cars and has zero clearance issues.

Thanks for your oppinions!

You shouldn't have any problems with the wheel/tire combination on your car.

I used to run the Hoosier 27X11.50's, they are fantastic tires and fit like a glove!

If your lip is rolled, I would go with a 28x10.5x15S (stiff sidewall)

Thanks guys!

I look forward to giving it hell with the new combo and finally being able to see what the car can really do.
