My 60' times have been horrible. I think its a weight transfer proble with the Koni's. I was thinking i need to get drag shocks or adj the koni's but dont know where to start. traction is horrible!!! The car stock should run 1.9s right? Any help i would be greatfull for!!

You lowered your car and need to add the lower controlarm relocation brackets(i used BMR bolt-ins). Are you spraying your way to a 2.1 or is that all motor?
I sprayed my way to a 1.72 on stock tires but the track was prepped very nice and i learned how to hook my 3600 stall.
Since adding the brackets i went 1 time and got a 1.56 60ft on spray with E/T streets at 18 psi, even lifted a wheel on launch!
Get the kit,good luck.

I cant spray before the 60' mark because traction is that bad. The time i did spray i burned the tires al the way to the 60' mark and still ran a 2.1

Has anyone else had the same problem and corrected it with the relocation brackets?

I agree with Red, you either need LCA relocation brackets or you need to go back to stock ride height. When you lowered the car it changed the suspension symetry. If you go with the relocation brackets get the ones with multipule settings( 3 holes) so you can adjust the angle of the LCA's for best 60ft.
