lca relo brackets... start in middle hole or bottom???

I seem to bog like a beyotch if I have them set in the lower hole.
With the LCA's in the middle hole of the relocation bracket I went a 1.43 60 on my 10.32 pass and on that day a number of GTO's and Vette's were having a hard time hooking. Even stock powered cars. I put the LCA's down to them down to the lower hole. I bogged bad with a 1.50 60'
I think Im going to pick them back up to the middle hole.
