Dyno'd my car today...

Just got my car back after some paint and some minor work the car needed. And decided to dyno it today.Overall stoked about the new look of the car and the performance of it as well. Heads/cam/bolt ons/plate kit (wet)/4.10s through some heavy ZR1s. Built by me and Tuned by Trent @ Coperformanceunlimited.com (for you Colorado guys looking for a some help.)

Car made:
620.5rwhp and 752.7rwtq (video under this and pics at bottom).

Car sounds quite healthy in the video.

Could you post some of the specifics? H,C,I, etc, etc ? SHOT size ?

BBK intake, 85mm throttle body, ws6 lower intake box, slp lid, stock maf, tr6 plugs, msd wires, TSP 1 7/8 headers, PRC 2.5 5.3 heads, custom cam .64X i .60X e 238 235 on a 109,85mm plate, Harris speed works wet kit with a 150 kit....I think thats it, just the basics :)

That cam is definately setup for Nitrous. Very nice results and Kudos on doing it yourself.

Do you happen to have the N/A graph and the Spray graph ?

Tom's_03SVT Jan 17, 2010 07:45 AM

Those are some stout torque numbers, congrats!

Nice numbers, KRAZY dudes standing by that thing @ WOT.

TurdsOfMayhem Jan 17, 2010 09:31 AM

What was sprayed on the tires? Never seen that done before. Car looks and sounds awesome!

I'd say VHT to help keep the tires from spinning on the dyno.

So what am I missing? Seems like NA it would be 470 or so on just motor. For the mods it seems nuts. Also the juiced numbers seem high to what most making good motor numbers get on a 150 shot.

LOL yeah it got loud as hell. The camera cant pick up the sound too well, but still gives a hint of how loud it can get.

It made 450/417 on motor on my nitrous tune. So with the timing added in the car should make 460 or so. Not bad for a BBK manifold. The cam just loves nitrous. Your not missing anything. Get a good tune and you will see some amazing stuff happen.

crazy! i thought reverse split cams didnt like nitrous....seems to put up some stout numbers!

Pntbll309 Jan 17, 2010 04:36 PM

Yeah the car is down right nasty on the bottle. Should go mid 10's with a DA of around 8000'.

Yeah that was me, he was watching the tach I was watching the wideband. Car didnt move and I wasnt worried it was just loud as shit.

Great numbers and insane torque!

ScreaminRedZ Jan 17, 2010 07:47 PM

Sick numbers! Any worry about the bottom end (assuming it's stock unless I missed it).

The appearance is unique for sure!

Intercooler2 Jan 17, 2010 08:00 PM

346 cubes? I thought my tuner was pretty good but those numbers are close to PatG's stuff

Yep stock bottom end. Not too worried. If it goes, it gets more cubes and forged internals with a lot more nitrous. I love the paint scheme personally, but again its my car :D

Just curious why you would say that? That cam is way different than most nitrous cams, in fact the reverse split makes it more unusual than the 109LSA which I would normally expect in a drag cam or maybe a road racer.

Great numbers and a very nice looking car, OP.

Thank you thank you. This car is meant for track use, but I still go for little drives when I can. Hard to not DD this over my beater subaru.

Well I guess I was thinking it was a good choice for nitrous because it responded so well ?? Correct me if I'm wrong but he picked up a ton from a 150 shot.
