Cool **UPDATE** 520/474 H/C/N2O through TH400

(( UPDATE ))

--------------------------------------------------

Original thread "old graph attached":
https://ls1tech.com/forums/dynamomet...ugh-th400.html

N2O section thread:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/nitrous-o...rt-inside.html

--------------------------------------------------

Had the car dynoed again after we figure out the problem which was low bottle pressure, this time we get a brand new bottle and a heater, the bottle pressure at the dyno was ~ 1000 PSI. The first run was NA and it made 435RWHP/420RWTQ and 521RWHP/474RWTQ best run on spray. However, the last dyno#s were 433RWHP/489RWTQ on motor and 490RWHP/570RWTQ on spray.

I would like to thank Mark "Predator-z", Patrick G "TR", John Janz "TSP", Greg "FTI" and every one supported me.

The Mods are: TR custom cam speced by predator-z, TSP-PRC 5.3 stg 2.5 heads, TH400, custom 4000 stall by FTI, TNT F2, 3.73 gears, LS6 intake and Full bolt-ons.

So now what do you think guys? Is it fair enough and every thing was ok (AFR, peak HP, peak TQ) ?

Charts:

New N/A run "open cut-out"

New N2O run "closed cut-out"

Last N2O run "open cut-out"

It would be easier to read/see if the graph was in MPH instead of rpm.

You see the hit in the beggining then the flash(dip in middle)then the power at 6000rpm.

I will try to get the graph in MPH from the dyno this week if possible.

Yeah I've noticed the dip after the 4000 RPM in all runs. Is it normal with the 4K stall or there is something wrong? It should be noted that the nitrous works at 4200 RPM and it shuts down at 6000 RPM.

IMO, your N/A power is pretty stout considering the drivetrain you are running. I am a little confused about the nitrous power. I would make sure and check all the grounds associated with the nitrous to make sure they are all properly installed. Let us know how it goes!

I'm surprised to see you running 12.5:1 A/F ratio on the the nitrous. IMO, that's dangerously lean for anything longer than a dyno pull.

Thanks John, I'll check again and I'll let you know.

I can not figure out what may be the problem with nitrous, I don't like the numbers nether.
