HR LS2 402 C6 Corvette 560rwhp 504rwtq
We just finished up Jeffs (the owner of the shop) 2005 C6 Corvette. We were pretty happy with the results and I believe they speak for themselves. Look how consistant this thing is!!
All runs were done with all the belts on, 30psi in the stock sized Nitto Invos, and air filter in. Just as it was driven on the street. These numbers were made on 93 pump gas.
Here is a run down of the build.
HR/G Engines LS2 Based 402
12:1 Compression
Callies Dragonslayer Crank
Compstar Rods
JE Pistons
AFR 225s Ported by Tony Mamo
11/32 PR's
Jesel Mohawk Valvetrain
HR/Tony Mamo Custom Comp Cam
FAST 102 Ported by Tony Mamo
NW 102mm TB
Callaway Honker CAI
EWP
ATI 10% Underdrive
60lb Injectors
Mcleod Twin Disc Clutch
Phadt CF Drive Shaft
RPM 6060 Trans
RPM 3.42 C6Z/ZR1 Diff
Kooks Stepped 1 7/8 to 2 Inch Headers
3" Kooks Mid Pipe
Magnaflow 3" Catback
SD Tuned by Nick Williams of HR
This is only the first stage of this build, rings were gapped for a healthy shot of nitrous

I was thinking that same thing....LOL
Its really fat coming on strong extremely early and hanging its peak torque output almost 1000 RPM's....also reaches peak power very quickly as well.....you don't have to wring the engine out to really tap into its full potential which is always nice for longevity as well as usefulness.
Honestly I was a bit surprised how early it came up to the big numbers.....but there's nothing wrong with that!
Congrats Jeff.....I think its been almost a year since we first started talking about this project but I certainly understand how these types of things go....its always the customer first and back burner the personal ride....the bane of my own existence lately....LOL
Congrats on landing this combo exactly where we hoped!

Awesome power, Zach! That broad torque curve will be a blast on the street. Looks like Nick has some "in-house" competition now...haha! Can Jeff get us some in-car video? Would love to see it.

Thank you...Nick is one of the best tuners in my opinion.
For sure! We are taking them both to a race in Darlington on Nov. 13th. Maybe we will see who has the fastest!
Thanks Ryne!
Thanks! This just shows what a well put together combo is capable of.
Thanks!
I also like how the exhaust sounds. Deffinately didnt expect that out of the Magnaflow.

things is getting crazy
it is used to do 454 ci to get 550rwhp and above, but now the cubic is getting lower and still getting over 550 rwhp.
It seems to be now the bottel keck is the transmission
very exellent setup. I love the tourqe, all I can say is WOW
