Default A4 vs. 6spd rwhp difference?

If a stalled 4l80 car is making 470rwhp what would the same car with a 6 speed make to the tires?

I'd guess to say somewere between 495 to 515 rwhp at 5-10% loss, you need to specify how much stall, rear end, wheels, tire size also makes a difference... too many variables to put a specific number to it.
