Dyno Number 200shot on C6 ZR1.....
We just finished dynoing this car last night we're very happy with the results :thumbs:
I would like to thank the owner of this beast for giving me the chance to work on his C6 ZR1 , Our Tuner at MC-Performance ,Trevor & Texas-Speed crew for all the help and my brother for the help too.
Very simple setup and we were very impressed.
From bone stock 532rwhp 525rwtq to these mods:
LPE CAI.
LPE 2.60 Pulley kit. (13lbs)
LPE Blower snout.
Kooks 1.7/8 headers ORX
CoolerLogic Heat Exchanger.
Made 625rwhp 618rwtq
Then added Patrick G Custom cam (Very very mild as per the owner's request)
PRC 675lift dual springs kit.
TSP Pushrods.
Made 647rwhp 632rwtq
Added Nitrous Express 150shot + C16 Fuel
Made 797rwhp 815rwtq
The Customer wanted more since he have a couple of big races coming up and we needed something fast so it was an easy jets swap
200shot with little more timing on C16 Fuel (TR8 Plugs)
Made 874rwhp 880rwtq 950 Bottel Pressure.
865rwhp 873rwtq 900 Bottle Pressure.
All dyno were on 85+F weather and 91octane (Blower)
Safe Air/Fuel low to mid 11s
Everything else is STOCK..
I'll have the dyno vids/graph very sooon I wish we have a 1/4 near by (600+mile away.

Thanks Baezi I really think with 345-35-18 MT + good driver on good track this car can run low 9s

I will have the vids from in the ZR1 with the dyno runs the car spun like crazy but we still won both runs.
I was the in the ZR1 so Here is what happend:
We raced with Traction Control ON With the system off there is no way it will hook with 19's
1st run 60-200mph since the road was perfect
ZR1 in 2nd GTR in 3rd
3honks and Spun bad with traction engaging GTR Jumped 1 car and then Vrooooooooom easy 5-6 cars win for ZR1
2nd run from 20mph roll as per the GTR's request
both in 1st gear 3 honks (No Nitrous) and amazingly the ZR1 had traction better than GTR We Jumped half a car then 2nd gear we hit the nitrous and HELLOOOOO SPIN CITY He pulled by 3-4 cars until 150-160+mph and then Vroooooooooooom pulled him crazy fast in 5th & 6th gears he brakes at 170-180mph and were at 210+mph (over 40mph faster than him

I bet your leaving a bit of power on the table by not going with a full 2" header (and maybe a good 3" cat back) when hitting it with a 200 shot....wouldn't be surprised if you picked up 30 rwhp...
putting a "real" cam in there would add another 25hp I imagine as well....
but damn...mild cam and bolt ons and your running with some serious street cars.....
put a 10-W tire on it and let it eat from a 20 mph roll would be a sight to see! Of course that LS9 clutch would just smoke, then spin like a top! lol

ZR1 Stock catback is already 3' and good for 1000rwhp.
About the headers and the cam I totally agree and it will be changed very soon too of course with the new Carbon clutch.
We're hoping the 18×13 MT345/35/18 will hook alot better than the 345-30-19 NTO5R
