Very nice, time to tighten that front end up and get the 60' and 330' quicker! Once you get it dialed in on that boost setting I see 9.60's in your future.

Have you thought about a 2 step? Allowing the converter to flash will really help plant the tire and get your 60' up as well.

How would i tighten up the front end i have qa1 12way ajustable shocks with 275 front springs. Should i get a stiffer front spring or turn the shocks up to full stiff. The car race weight is 3740. I have a 2 step but did not have it hooked up that day. If the converter will go to 4500rpm on the brake what should i put the 2 step at. Thanks for the help

Tighten the rebound up on the shocks, and set the two step at 3800 to start.

That would be a good starting point. Where are the shocks set at right now? Full loose?

I had the rear shocks from 2 from full loose all the way to 10 from full loose with the best 60ft being at 6 from full loose. I would do 2 or 3 track passes per adjustment

Ok, keep them at 6 from full loose and the fronts at 6 from full loose, two step at 3800 for the first pass.

If it does not spin, tighten the front end up one click and leave two step a lone.

If it goes faster like that, tighten up front end one more click again. If it goes faster repeat until it spins and/or slows down. Once it slows down or spins, go back to the last setting that netted the fastest times and no tire spin.

In a perfect world you want your shocks as tight as possible.

Went down the track over the weekend. I ended up getting a cut in the tube on one of the slicks so i had to try out my drag radials goodyear 295/55/15. The best 60ft was 1.501 but only got 3 runs so have to try another day.
