FAST 102, Mezeire EWP results on 445"
Finally got a FAST 102 on my setup. Got it running about a year ago with just a stock non ported FAST 92 with a PTM 92. The car made 571/535 then. The only changes I've done since then is swap from a spec stage 3 clutch to a McLeod RXT. Both clutches have/had steel flywheels. Also swapped from 3.50 gears to 3.90. And added a Meziere electric water pump. Also I have ngk be8fs plugs gapped at .028. Last time it had br7efs plugs. So maybe this will kind of dispel that myth...
So this was at a dyno day and literally didn't make any changes to the tune. Me and my buddy street tuned it the night before to get it pretty close. First pull it made 580. Next pull was within a few minutes and it made 587/548. They dyno guy said his sensor was reading close to 3 points leaner than it should be. And by the wideband in my car it was showing around 12.6-12.7. So I would like to had tried moving the fuel around some. I really think it's got 590's in it.
Also added a nitrous outlet plate kit since then. Jetted for 200 shot and running a dedicated fuel system with c16 in the tank. Pulling 8 degrees of timing through the iat resistor trick. It made 805/813. So a gain of 218hp on a 200 shot. That Martin Smallwood nitrous hydraulic roller camshaft doing work!

Maybe one day when I get ready to cut the car up I'll get a MAST 2 piece carb style intake, and a solid roller and see if it'll do any better lol.

Congrats on the great results! I can see in the graph the "kick" at 5k rpm. Nice!
Interestingly enough, mine continues to build but at a lesser ratio starting at 5250rpm. I'll have to look things over to see if I can find a reason.
Great job! Enjoy!

447ci, MAST 295, 11.6x:1CR, similar cam to yours, ported FAST 102/102, 91 pump gas, cam spec, ported intake and tune all done by me.
Oh! Other than an UD pulley, I have stock accessories and water pump.
Looking at your graph, it seems mine behaves the same until that 5k rpm. Yours jumps up, and mine slows slightly down. I thought it was the intake, but we both have the same intake. I did have TFS 235 on my old 418ci before, and really liked them. Now, I have the MAST. As I said, I might have to look things over. Either way, it is a beast and fun to drive. I am sure yours is too! Enjoy and thanks for the question.

My MAST are the Black Label with cathedral ports and LS7 valvetrain setup. If it would have given me 500-700rpm more on the first slope, I'd have been happy. lol
