He's for sure a stand-up guy. There are several LSx gurus who are great to work with. I am going to attempt to port match the intake to the heads. Having the two ports line up 100% should make a big difference.

Any updates on the car and/or intake? I just went through your thread and I was suprised that the SNS2 didn't work that well. I've been very pleased with the cam and it pulls to 7k every time in my 6L but I do already have a Fast 92 and LS3 tb which may be the difference. Too bad we weren't able to see what difference the Fast would have made with the old cam.

Great numbers with the new cam. Looking forward to the intake swap.!!

I have a FAST 90mm intake. It's ported, but I still need to open up the snout to 92mm. Waiting on my FTP 98mm lid to show up. After that, I'll have some new numbers.

That's what I'm hoping. Picked up all the supplies I need to paint it, which I'll do this week. I still need to order the 92mm TB, which I'll get from WARR Performance. I believe the FTP lid will ship in a few weeks, according to their thread. I went with the clear lid.

My WARR TB is still the easiest TB to tune and get to idle.. Even better than the Nic Williams I had.

Have you read my thread I made about it?

Yes I did. I did a lot of research on them, and everyone I've seen post up about running them has had nothing but good things to say about them. I'll probably pony up for one of their anodized ones. Since I'm painting the intake red, I'll either go with red or black.

Never heard of that one. I thought the Holley one was the easiest to tune.

Does that TB have the hole drilled in the center like factory? I've heard all the aftermarket TB's suck to tune until you drill the hole. I tuned a 102mm TB with a holly hi ram and had no issues getting the car to idle, but it had the hole drilled.

Did you list your car for sale on Facebook?

My NW 92 idled fine with nothing done to it. Fired right up and ran with a base tune. Everything I have read and seen shows the NW being the easiest to tune. The 102's are more finicky then the 92's tho.
