Default Dyno confirmed on 6/3... results are in on Huron Single kit!

Getting ready to hit the dyno again (4th time with turbo setup)... made some modifications over the winter:

removed wastegate dump from downpipe to atmosphere
removed airfilter in lieu of a screen
added twin cutouts on my 2.5" dual exhaust just after where the single 3" DP splits
Aluminum DS
Street Slayer Twin Disc

Here is a rundown of the car:

2010 Camaro SS M6
Stock bottom end
AI 280cc Heads
Vengeance racing turbo cam (235/231 .6xx/.6xx 115lsa)
Ported LS3 Intake
NW102 TB
1000CC Injectors/ZL1 pump/ADM FPCM
Huron Speed single turbo kit with Precision 7675CEA
Alky Control w/100% meth
SLP under drive pulley
No cats
borla ATAK 2.5" exhaust
Tune via hptuners (me tuning)

going to be dialing in for 3 settings:

Wastegate - 8psi
Setting A - 16psi
Setting B - 12psi

Numbers will be on a dynojet and running 93 + 100% meth

I'll post my predicitions once people starting posting theirs.

LOL.

Was that a wild guess or I assume you are busting my chops based off of previous data (my sig)?

Previously I had the controller set for 16psi (it made 762rwtq @ 4500rpm), boost fell to 13psi at peak power (703rwhp@5400rpm) and boost fell off to 11psi by 6000rpm. This was all during 1 pull. I am hoping that it will do 16psi across the board.

Decent day today. Had lots of issues, one being clutch slippage in the mid range, some break up in the high rpms, my cutouts stuck open, and I couldn't run under 13psi.

In the end, I made 817rwhp/758rwtq @16psi. I feel like it would have hit 850rwhp with no changes if it wasn't breaking up in the higher rpms.

So, even with the issues, I made 114rwhp more with the changes I made.

No knock... maybe spark issue, valvetrain issues? I dunno.

INjectors at 64% DC.

Nice preliminary results, definitely 850+ with issues resolved!
No expert here, but it looks spark related to me.
Good Luck!

Great results. What's your valvetrain make up? The dyno graph looks like some valve floats ive seen

Thanks guys. One thing I just looked at... Plotting boost vs rpm, and comparing last time at 16psi vs this time... boost was lazy today and didnt hit 16psi until the end of the run. I wonder if my boost controller is taking a dump.

BTR .660 springs setup by AI for 15psi. The dyno tech said valvetrain too... but I got 1000 miles on this valvetrain. I'll pull the covers and take take a peak.

I'm sure the springs are fine then. How about the pushrods, what diameter?

Also, I could not run wastegate spring only. Controller wouldn't let me get under 13psi (even in "off mode"). Previously I could do 8psi on "off mode"

Another note... we didn't hear the BOV pop open at all after each pull. Need to check that out.

The clutch was slipping on the dyno... a couple runs were aborted half way thru because the revs jumped fast. Supposedly the tires werent spinning, so i don't know. It's a street slayer billet twin (so a rps clutch setup). I wonder is boost was lazy because of that.
