Who's running tfs 220 heads on a LQ4

how much of a gain? Rwhp? Track times?

Im trying to go 7.0s on a stock bottom end lq4 with tfs 220 heads in a c5 corvette

Good heads. But need to match them with good intake cam and exhaust too. If you can maybe check out the MMS 220's
