Default H/C/I LS1 LOL S2K second dyno

Hello all, figured I'd share my results from the upgraded top end.

Car originally made 388/388 through 243 heads, Torquer V2, ITBs, and very restrictive block hugger headers. First dyno pull thread

Since then, I switched to longtubes. I also went with a set of Tony's MMS 223 Heads, YT rockers, Johnson Short Travel lifters, 3/8" pushrods, and had the ITBs hand ported. Car gained about 90 whp and 50 wtq. Looking forward to rolling into her once the weather clears up.

If you're even considering a set of Tony Mamo's heads. Take Shia Lebouf's advice and just do it. Worth their weight in gold.

Favorite part of the video is watching the ITB butterflies go wide open and hearing that induction sound.

Excellent power.....very sexy curve!

See if you can get them to convert MPH to RPM.....easier for everyone checking it out to better appreciate where things are happening etc.

That car is going to be scary fast with that engine in there

Power to weight man!!

Congrats on finally getting her buttoned up and running strong

Regards,
Tony

Ehh, should probably throw an asterisk in there. I believe they are both 224 dynojets but not the exact same dyno from the first pull. Had a bit of a falling out with the shop that had the first dyno.

Thanks Tony! I didn't realize I'd snapped pictures of the MPH spreadsheet until you pointed it out lol. Car ran to 7k but set redline at 6.8k as it didn't seem to care much for anything beyond that.

I'm pretty pleased! Will hopefully get her out tomorrow and play around if the weather will hold off.

Not sure on the total weight since I haven't put it on the scales but I imagine it's somwhere around 2900lbs
Cam is a Torquer V2 from TSP 232/234
Jenvey ITB kit 52mm, ported by hand at Freedom Motorworx here in Knoxville
Diff is stock s2000 4.10, Tires are 285/30/18

Yes, this is a bit of an issue from the ITBs, they're running lean on the passenger bank. Plan is to eventually go with a haltech unit to manage bank to bank changes. In the meantime we've added a touch of fuel. Car is ~14 at idle.

Thanks! Trans is an f-body T56, Motor plates from Import Muscle, and headers are 1-7/8" long tubes from stainless works via Hinson Motorsports specifically for the LS swap.

Here's the best picture I have of the motor plates:
